Managing Director - Lee McLean
Founder and owner of Vac Bora Pty Ltd, Lee has over 16 years experience in the Construction and Mining Industry as a fully qualified and highly regarded Diesel Fitter.
Lee and his wife, Angela started Vac Bora Pty Ltd in 2017 with the purchase of their first Vacuum Excavator Truck. With their combined knowledge in the industry, they have built Vac Bora from a one-man operation to now have a fleet of Vacuum Excavator trucks and backfill & re-instatement equipment, taking on work throughout North Queensland.
Lee trains all his staff to competently operate his specialized Vac Bora Vacuum Excavator Trucks and to skillfully complete jobs safely. He also carry's out the maintenance on all Vac Bora plant & equipment ensuring we are always compliant with our legislative obligations.
As the business owner, Lee is highly motivated in providing timely and effective service delivery in the business operations to our valued clients.
Lee believes in providing all our customers with a high level of customer service and doing our best to work with our customers to achieve the best result. Time is money; we understand and work with our clients to deliver on time.
Business Manager - Angela McLean
Angela has over 7 years of demonstrated experience within the Human Resources and Senior Administrative fields with working history in the Queensland Public and Private Sectors.
Angela provides knowledgeable and informative communication to stakeholders and clients regarding all procurement, payroll, HSEQ and auditing requirements relating to legislation and other industrial instruments.
Operators - Vacuum Excavation
Our Vacuum Excavator operators are all experienced in the operation and application of Vacuum Excavators. Our team have worked on civil and construction projects, utility repairs and maintenance. They are a friendly group who are always working hard to get the job done.
This includes personnel experienced and inducted to work on various construction sites throughout Townsville.
Office Staff
With their professional and helpful manner our office staff are always willing to help where they can. They aim to process and resolve all issues as fast and as efficiently as possible. Working together with other staff members, our office staff ensure all policies and processes remain up to date to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
